Hundreds of lunches delivered each day to firefighters battling Boundary Water blazes
Workers are packing hundreds of lunches every day to feed the firefighters who are battling the northern Minnesota wildfires.
The lunch operation, which is being run by Big Sky Mobile Catering of Missoula, Mont., was set up in the parking lot of Minnesota North College’s Vermilion campus in Ely. Big Sky provides emergency catering for disaster response and large-scale operations nationwide.
