20-year-old Long Island man charged in stabbing death of homeless man
A Manorville man was charged with murder after he stabbed a homeless man to death in Medford, Suffolk police said.
Joseph Norton, 20, stabbed Timothy Stark in the back during an altercation at Express Drive South at Route 112 and fled the scene in a car, police said.
Stark, 32, who police said was homeless, was transported to NYU Langone Hospital — Suffolk, in Patchogue where he was pronounced dead.
