Charges withdrawn against road rage suspect
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in Gauteng says it has decided not to proceed with the case against a 58-year-old man who was expected to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday in connection with a deadly road rage shooting in Emmarentia, Johannesburg. The man was reportedly arrested on Monday and facing charges of murder and attempted murder.
