Women’s Month | ANCWL to commemorate historic 1956 March – Samkele Maseko reports

The ANCWL will commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Women’s March with a wreath-laying ceremony at Freedom Park. The ceremony will be attended by surviving stalwarts of the historic 1956 Women’s March and ANC National Officials, as a prelude to the Women’s Day commemoration on Sunday at the Union Buildings, led by the government.
