Wild moment hot air balloon lands in family’s yard

A hot air balloon carrying 13 passengers made an unexpected landing in a Temecula, California backyard, after losing lift and running low on fuel due to fading wind gusts. Homeowner Hunter Perrin captured footage showing the balloon descending, the startled reaction of residents, and passengers safely disembarking. The balloon was later moved to the street and packed up over the course of about two hours. No injuries or property damage were reported.
