Tupac’s Killing | Long-running mystery surrounding rapper’s death is finally being put before jury

Nearly 30 years after rapper, Tupac Shakur, was gunned down on the Las Vegas Strip, the long-running mystery surrounding his death is finally being put before a jury.

Jury selection began on Monday in Las Vegas, Nevada in the case against Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis, the former gang leader who is the only person ever charged in connection with Tupac’s killing.

Davis has pleaded not guilty but prosecutors accuse him of orchestrating the attack, and providing the gun used, although they do not think he pulled the trigger.

Once the jury has been selected, the trial is expected to last about four to five weeks.
