Trump & Zelenskyy discussed Patriot interceptors’ production | Ukraine Brief
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveled to Washington for high-level talks with U.S. officials, while also attending the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham. He held a closed-door Oval Office meeting with President Donald Trump, which Zelenskyy described as “good,” saying the leaders discussed Patriot missile interceptor production, renewed diplomatic efforts, and continued U.S. support for Ukraine.
Hundreds of lawmakers gathered at the U.S. Capitol to pay their respects, with Zelenskyy and other world leaders attending the memorial service.
Meanwhile, Russian attacks across Ukraine over the past 24 hours have killed at least nine people and wounded dozens more, including children, as strikes continue to hit civilian areas.
