Prosecution files appeal against Zizie Izette’s acquittal
The prosecution in the case of Datin Seri Zizie Izette A. Samad, widow of the late Kinabatangan MP Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin, has filed an appeal against her acquittal by the Sessions Court.
The former actress was acquitted of three charges of abetting Bung Moktar involving a RM2.8mil bribery linked to a RM150mil unit trust investment on July 20.
