Russian drones struck a UN-marked vehicle in two drone strikes in Kherson, Ukraine, according to dramatic footage. Pro-Russian bloggers posted POV video of the two strikes, claiming that a drone unit of the Russian Armed Forces had launched the attacks because the convoy had not been granted permission for its humanitarian mission.
