Norman Davies: #Putin has far fewer ambitions than #Lenin
“I don’t think Putin has a quarter of the ambitions of Lenin,” says Norman Davies, Historian at the Oxford University, in an interview with TVP World.
Davies points out that “Putin is desperately trying to conquer the last piece of the former Soviet Union” and doubts he will do it, saying that “Russia today is a shadow of what it was during the Soviet Union.”
