National Assembly Speaker meets Chief Whips on Impeachment Committee proposals

Parliament has confirmed that National Assembly Speaker Thoko Didiza met with Chief Whips from various political parties today and presented proposals on the Impeachment Committee.

This follows the tabling of the Section 89 report, that recommended that an Impeachment committee should be established to look into a prima facie case against President Cyril Ramaphosa.
