Moment high school principal tackles gunman in Oklahoma
Newly released surveillance footage captured the moment a high school principal in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, heroically tackled a gunman who had entered the establishment on April 7. The footage shows 20-year-old Victor Lee Hawkins, a former student at Pauls Valley High School, enter the lobby and point a firearm toward students.
According to NBC News, the gunman told investigators he “wanted to conduct his own school shooting like the Columbine shooters did”. The 20-year-old was arrested and charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm, shooting with intent to kill and pointing a firearm. #Oklahoma #crime #PaulsValley #arrest
