Malema Firearm Case | Legal analysis on the matter
EFF leader, Julius Malema, will know his fate today when the Regional Court in KuGompo in the Eastern Cape delivers a sentence in his firearm case.
Yesterday, during arguments for mitigation and aggravation for the sentence, the state argued for a prison sentence while the defence argued for a non-custodial sentence.
