Melaka Bersatu Youth chief quits party ahead of state election

Melaka Bersatu Youth chief Muhammad Jefri Safri has quit the party to join Parti Wawasan Negara (Wawasan) ahead of the state election.

Muhammad Jefri, who also headed the Jasin Bersatu division, said he no longer agreed with the party’s political direction, despite being touted as a potential candidate for the Bemban state seat.
