MCA never left the ground despite sitting out past election, says Negri party chief
MCA may have sat out the last state election, but it never left the ground. That was the message from Negri Sembilan MCA chief Datuk Leaw Kok Chan as he brought his campaign to the Seremban morning market and other residential areas in the city.
Leaw is contesting the Temiang constituency in the Aug 1 Negri Sembilan election.
