MBS Panics? Saudi Oil Fleet ‘ABANDONS’ Red Sea As Iran-Backed Fighters HAMMER Enemy Vessels
The Red Sea shipping crisis is deepening as Iran-aligned Houthi rebels continue attacks and threats against vessels linked to Saudi Arabia. According to Anadolu Agency, citing MarineTraffic, at least six Saudi-flagged oil tankers have changed course to avoid the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, choosing the much longer route around the Cape of Good Hope. The diversions come after the Houthis declared a maritime embargo against Saudi Arabia and resumed attacks on commercial shipping in the Red Sea. The group has also claimed missile strikes on Saudi-linked oil tankers, raising fresh concerns over the security of one of the world’s busiest trade routes.
