Marco Rubio lands in the Philippines after saying US ‘open to diplomacy’ to end Iran war
U.S. Secretary of State Rubio landed in in the Philippines for ASEAN meetings on July 21 after talking with reporters back in Washington DC about the Iran war and the status of a ceasefire deal.
As Rubio flew, the Pentagon announced that nearly 100 American service members have been injured in the war with Iran during this month’s wave of U.S. strikes.
