Zohran Mamdani said any International Criminal Court arrest warrant issued for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should be respected, citing allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity contained in the warrant. Mamdani said his position is based on the public record and added that New York City would also follow applicable local laws regarding any such matter.
