Loke orders review after KLIA T1 baggage system breakdown delays passengers
A baggage handling system failure at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 caused delays of two to four hours for arriving passengers on Saturday (April 18), Transport Minister Anthony Look Siew Fook said.
In a statement on Sunday (April 19), Look said the disruption affected a significant number of arriving passengers before the system was restored later that evening.
