Iran ally Hezbollah hits Israeli troops in southern Lebanon, killing one soldier and wounding nine others as tensions simmer over the continued Israeli operations in occupied Lebanese territory. An Israeli reservist was killed and nine others were wounded—one of them seriously—after an explosive device detonated in southern Lebanon yesterday, according to the Israeli military. The soldier was identified as Sgt. First Class (res.) Lidor Porat, 31, a member of the 7106th Battalion of the 769th “Hiram” Regional Brigade, from Ashdod. Watch.
