Labor’s defence spending announcement labelled a ‘joke’

Nationals Senator Ross Cadell blasts Labor’s defence spending announcement as a “joke”.

“It’s a joke … it won’t go to all the things we need it to,” Mr Cadell told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.

“It is not three per cent of budgeting capital expense, and they’ll just claim anything we want.”
