Kruger National Park | The people behind Kruger’s 100 Years


The stats for the Kruger National Park are impressively known to be 20,000 km², the home of Big Five, plus 1.7 million visitors a year.

But a centenary isn’t measured in kilometres or sightings, it’s measured in people. The rangers who stayed, and the communities who chose to work with the park instead of against it.

To talk about the community that makes the park a home away from home when visiting, we are joined by Oscar Mthimkhulu, Kruger National Park Managing Executive.
