Illegal dumpers caught on camera in Shah Alam
Two men were caught on closed-circuit television (CCTV) dumping rubbish illegally in Shah Alam and were told by the authorities to “clean up their act”.
The incident was captured in a one-minute video posted on the Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA) Facebook page.
