High court grants Zayn Rayyan’s father unconditional custody of younger son
The Shah Alam High Court on Wednesday (May 20) granted unconditional custody of the younger sibling of the late autistic child,Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matin, to his biological father.
Zaim Ikhwan Zahari was seen holding back tears as Judge Suriyati Hasimah Mohd Hashim also allowed his appeal to set aside the 14 conditions and bond previously imposed by the Magistrate’s Court on Nov 21, 2025.
The court allowed the appeal, filed on Nov 26,2025, after reviewing all documents as well as written and oral arguments from both parties.
