A terrifying video released by the Ohio Department of Transportation shows a person narrowly avoiding being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 670. The person was standing beside a disabled car on the highway shoulder when an oncoming vehicle slammed into the parked vehicle, forcing them to jump onto a concrete barrier.
