Labor won’t ‘admit to their failings’ on migration policy
One Nation National Executive Member Lee Hanson says Labor are in a mess on their migration policy amid Minister for Home Affairs Tony Burke’s backing out of a speech at the National Press Club.
“Labor is in a real predicament; they can’t even agree internally within their own party whether Tony Burke should get up and talk about or what their policy is,” Ms Hanson told News24 host Paul Murray.
“Labor don’t want to admit their failings; that’s the key point here … they don’t want to admit that they have significantly contributed to the problem and the system that we have on immigration in this country currently.”
