Filipino fishermen fear more harassment as China plans nature reserve at disputed shoal

Filipino fishermen on Friday (Sept 12) warned that harassment at Scarborough Shoal could intensify if China goes ahead with plans to establish a nature reserve at the disputed South China Sea feature.
