Donald Trump calls for death penalty for Charlie Kirk’s suspected murderer
A 22-year-old man is in custody and expected to be charged with the assassination of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.
The suspect has been identified as Tyler Robinson, who was recognised by relatives in CCTV images that were released to the public.
US President Donald Trump was the first to announce the capture of the suspected killer and called for the death penalty.
