Delhi CM Rekha Gupta announces winter pollution action plan
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced a comprehensive winter pollution action plan for Delhi, effective from November 1 to February 28, to tackle rising air pollution levels.
The plan includes restrictions on vehicles that do not meet BS6 emission standards, a ‘No PUC, No Fuel’ policy for Delhi residents, a ban on construction and demolition activities, and a 50% work-from-home policy for public and private sectors.
