China successfully launches Shenzhou-23 crewed spaceship

China has successfully launched its Shenzhou-23 crewed mission, sending three astronauts to the Tiangong space station aboard a Long March-2F rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China.
The spacecraft lifted off at 23:08 Beijing time and entered orbit after a smooth separation from the rocket. China’s Manned Space Agency confirmed the launch as a complete success, with all astronauts in good condition.
The crew will dock with Tiangong and carry out scientific experiments, spacewalks, and maintenance work during their mission, which includes a planned long-duration stay in orbit.
