Case against Dobsonville pastor postponed to 1 July
The case against kidnapping and rape suspect Tshepo Ntsimane has been postponed to July 1st for further investigations.
Ntsimane is accused of kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl in Dobsonville, Soweto, during the Easter holidays.
The presiding officer says toxicology reports, DNA results and video evidence, which form part of the State’s case, are still outstanding and the child has since relocated to another province for her protection.
