Bushiri Case | Case against Bushiri’s co-accused postponed
The Pretoria High Court has postponed the legal matter regarding the application brought by state prosecutors to issue a warrant of arrest for Joseph Mudolo.
Mudolo, a front runner in Zambia’s upcoming presidential elections scheduled for August, is also a co-accused in the ongoing case involving self-proclaimed prophet Shepherd Bushiri facing charges of racketeering, money laundering and fraud.
State prosecutors have applied for a warrant of arrest against Mudolo, citing concerns raised during court proceedings.
During the proceedings Mudolo’s broker allegedly yesterday afternoon persuaded the National Aircraft Cooperation to spin the story on why the purchasing of the King Aircraft 350 failed.
