Beware unqualified cosmetic providers
Believe it or not, there is no legal certification required to become a cosmetic surgeon in the United States. Dr. Julius Few cautions anyone considering plastic surgery to carefully investigate where they decide to get work done.
“Somebody, and this happens, somebody could graduate medical school, get their diploma, and then hang a sign and say they’re a cosmetic surgeon,” Few said.
