Zelensky shares chilling footage of Russian drone hunting down street vendor in roadside attack
Ukraine has accused Russia of a war crime and released a video of a drone following a street vendor in the city of Kherson.
The video was shared by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who claimed Russian soldiers are enjoying killings.
The man suffered shrapnel wounds, concussion and shock from the attack.
Ukraine’s foreign minister described the incident as a “barbaric war crime”.
