“What’s Your Rate?”: Bengaluru Woman Harassed While Waiting for Cab, Accused Arrested
A woman waiting for a cab in Bengaluru’s Ramamurthy Nagar faced alleged sexual harassment after a man on a scooter reportedly approached her, asked, “What’s your rate?”, and made further intimidating remarks. She later shared a video of the incident on social media and urged the Bengaluru Police to take action.
According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (East Bengaluru), an FIR has been registered at the Ramamurthynagar Police Station, and the accused has been arrested.
