Western Sydney airport hub to create thousands of jobs | 7NEWS
A $2 billion commercial hub called Seed by Mirvac is under construction 800 metres from Western Sydney Airport in Badgerys Creek, featuring 17 buildings across an area equivalent to 50 AFL football fields. The development will create 3,000 jobs across manufacturing, freight and logistics, health, education, research, aerospace and defence sectors. The first warehouse is expected within a year, with the entire project set for completion by 2030.
