The tens of thousands of illegal migrants that stormed Spain’s African exclave of Ceuta over the weekend have reignited the discussion within the EU on how to handle mass exoduses of this sort. Greece is now proposing to suspend the right of asylum for some migrants, a measure already adopted in Poland. Is that the way to tackle the problem of illegal migration to Europe? And is it even illegal migration that we are witnessing in the first place?
