An Iranian lawmaker has claimed public demands have shifted from nuclear energy to nuclear weapons, declaring that “nuclear warheads are our inalienable right”. Mohammad Taghi Naghdali made the statement during Sunday’s parliamentary session and called for Iran to withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
