WC women to benefit from agricultural programme
A hundred women in the Western Cape and KwaZulu Natal are set to benefit from an agricultural programme run by the humanitarian and development organisation, Islamic Relief.
This, due to a partnership between the organisation, Pelican Park High School in the Western Cape and James Nxumalo Agricultural High School in KZN.
The aim is to empower women through agriculture.
The programme is focused on supporting households with skills, training and development to become self-sufficient.
