Vusumuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala and co-accused in court | 02 November 2026
Alleged hit-man Musa Kekana is expected to resume with his cross-examination today in the trial of Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala and four others, at the High Court in Johannesburg.
Matlala and his co-accused illegedly orchestrated three failed assassination attempts targeting his former girlfriend, Tebogo Thobejane, taxi boss Joe ‘Ferari’ Sibanyoni and music producer Seunkie Mokubung, popularly known as DJ Vettys.
The alleged assassination attempts occurred between August 2022 and January 2024.
