Voter registration opens as Haiti eyes december polls
Haiti has launched voter registration ahead of December’s elections, the country’s first in a decade. Ten registration centres have opened across generally secure areas of Port au Prince, as hopeful voters begin signing up in a key step toward restoring democratic rule.
