Voices from Ukraine: Children in Times of War | Special Report
With 1.6 million Ukrainian children living in the occupied territories and over 20,000 abducted by Russia, the number of children that require professional help increases week by week. Many of them, having lived through traumatic experiences, find it hard to move forward and that’s where foundations such as the Voices of Children come to their rescue.
In her new series, “Voices of Ukraine: Children in Times of War” TVP World’s Special Correspondent for Ukrainian Children Klaudia Czerwińska tells the stories of minors affected by war and the institutions making efforts to provide psychological and psychosocial help. Exploring the issue in depth, Czerwińska traveled across Ukraine to bring us this report on the issues faced by Ukrainian children and how initiatives such as the Voices Camp help them recover.
