Unhinged Teen Blasts Flamethrower in Chaotic Takeover

Video footage captured a wild street takeover in Norfolk, Virginia the night of May 17th. Police say 19-year-old Isaiah A. Duncan-Simmons was caught using a flamethrower and is facing charges for “disorderly conduct and carelessly damaging property by fire.” The teen used the flamethrower to create a massive circle of fire, just like the one from a Queens street takeover on April 18th which turned out even more chaotic, with about 100 cars involved.
