Unemployed woman fined for cheating HSA patient out of RM700
A 29-year-old unemployed woman was fined RM3,500 by a Johor Baru Magistrate’s Court for cheating a Hospital Sultanah Aminah patient into handing over RM700.
Nor Shahira Abdul Razak pleaded guilty to deceiving a foreign victim, identified as Gazee Israfil, into believing that payment was required during the discharge process at the hospital.
