Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says if the U.S. sold 10% of its Patriot missiles to Ukraine, Kyiv would be able to destroy, quote, “all Russian ballistic missiles.” Zelenskyy made the remarks during an interview with CNN.

Ukraine says it has hit four Russian war ships and halted export operations at two critical grain terminals with a mass drone and missile attack on Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.

More operational powers, including permission to gather more private information and increasing the independence of intelligence services from other agencies, is only a part of the German authorities’ plan to reform domestic intelligence. This comes as the country faces an increasing number of hybrid attacks.
