Typhoon Dolphin brought heavy rain to China’s eastern provinces after making landfall on Sunday. In Zhejiang province, many cities saw widespread flooding and wind gusts strong enough to overturn vehicles. A funnel cloud was briefly spotted in Taizhou city.
