As part of our series on the 30 year anniversary of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, we look at why former President Jacob Zuma has gone to court to challenge the chairperson of the Khampepe TRC Commission. Former President Thabo Mbeki also wants Judge Sisi Khampepe to recuse herself from the commission. Judge Khampepe was a commissioner at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, and also a former senior official at the National Prosecution Authority.
