Three directors, saleswoman claim trial in PERKESO fraud case
Three company directors and a saleswoman claimed trial at the Ayer Keroh Sessions Court on Wednesday (Aug 12) to charges of submitting false claims and abetting others to obtain incentives under PERKESO’s Daya Kerjaya 2.0 programme.
The accused – Henry Ratnaike, Gan Pay Kiat, Koh Kai Loon, and Ling Yate May – were charged under the MACC Act 2009 over offences allegedly committed in 2024.
