‘The polls are wrong.’ Mike Johnson tells Trump rally 2026 midterms will be decided on Election Day
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson addressed a Donald Trump rally in Iowa Sunday, insisting that polling nationwide about voter preferences was wrong in an effort to push for more Republican votes.
“I have been to the swing districts. I have been to the blue states. I have been to the areas where they claim that this race is over,” Johnson said.” It is not over and Tuesday is when we decide it.”
