Hope for a major prisoner exchange with Russia around Easter.

Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said such a swap is possible. For families waiting for loved ones held in Russian captivity, it would mean relief and a long-awaited return home. But for many soldiers, coming back is only the beginning of another battle, rebuilding life after months in captivity or serious injuries.

For some Ukrainian soldiers, that road does not begin at home, but in a bowling alley in Kyiv. They call themselves Strong 300 Balls. “Three hundred” in military code means wounded. “Two hundred” means dead. Strong, because they survived.

For men who lost limbs, survived torture, or returned from the front with severe trauma, this is not really about sport. It is about staying together, and learning how to live again.
